Your records are in very capable hands. ImageDoc processes all files in one efficient and secure location, ensuring maximum protection of your information. ImageDoc does all document conversion in the continental U.S. — we never send your files overseas.
Using one secure location also means that if you need to retrieve a document at any point in the process, we can image and deliver it to you immediately.
After receiving your newly imaged data, you will have time to review the files and make sure you are 100% satisfied with the imaging quality and indexing format. Then, when the job is done and we have your approval, ImageDoc will securely shred your cold-copy files and provide you with an AAA NAID® shredding certification.
