ImageDoc’s Custom Offering builds on the standard base offering, but allows the customer the flexibility to add additional features to create a highly customized solution. Our imaging process utilizes the latest scanning technology and software, which ensures high-quality image resolution.
ImageDoc performs custom Indexing on each client file based on detailed customer requirements, with up to four (4) Index Fields per file. All Indexing information is stored and delivered to the client in a separate Master Index File, which can be independently searched or imported into any document management system.
Upon final delivery of the Customer data, ImageDoc will store the paper files for a maximum of thirty (30) business days, at which time all documents will be securely shredded. For integration with the customer’s existing document destruction policies, a Certificate of Destruction can be provided upon request.

Disaster Recovery
Digital imaging of paper files provides a more robust Disaster Recovery strategy as compared to paper storage mechanisms. Disasters happen all the time whether they are man-made or accidental, but by having your paper files digitally imaged, it will allow for easy storage of the data as well as electronic back-up to a disaster recovery site.
