ImageDoc will image and index your records, receipts, charts, microfilm, x-rays — anything that can be printed. Your records will be indexed according to your specifications. After a methodical quality assurance process, we deliver your electronic files to you on CD, or DVD or arrange for a download to a secure online server. We also maintain a copy of your electronic records at a secure location for seven years at no additional cost, providing the option of replacing damaged or lost data.
Pack your files and documents into banker boxes the same way you would organize and pack them for cold paper storage. Once the documents are packed, secure the lids on the boxes with strapping or heavy packing tape.
Once the boxes are sealed and ready to be shipped, contact Travis Taylor at: travis@imagedocusa.com, or via telephone at: 1 (888) 570-1176 Ext.102.
Travis will prepare the shipping labels and send them via email to you.
Once you receive the labels, simply print off labels on regular paper
and tape one label per box.
DHL or shipping carrier will pick up your files and deliver them to our
processing plant.
ImageDoc will record all boxes received and place them into the production schedule.
Once production begins, we will prepare your documents and files accordingly.
We will then scan each document in the file saving the documents and/or file similar to the way that your company now stores them in paper format.
After scanning and indexing your documents and files, ImageDoc will then perform a quality control. Once quality control is complete, we will then create your company’s CDs, DVDs, or transfer the files to your network.
To view the files on the disc, all you need to do is to place the disc in your computer’s CD drive. On your computer, click “My Computer.” This icon may or may not be on your desktop screen. If not on your desktop, then you will need to go to the “Start” button and then click on “My Computer.” On My Computer, you will see a list of your drives. Double–click on the drive that contacts the CD. Once the CD opens, double–click on the file your wish to view. The computer will open the files for you. At this point, you can go from page to page, print, E–mail, or fax from the disc.
When you are done, simply close the program and remove the disc from your computer drive.
