Business Problem
The recent explosion of the paper intensive Title insurance industry, created a major need for digital imaging and storage of the massive amount of paper files that were being created on a daily basis. In most cases, the retention period for these files exceeded 10 years. File access, storage, retrieval and security were becoming unmanageable in a paper environment.
Solution
Since 2002, ImageDoc has digitally imaged over 25,000 paper files for Stewart and continue to Image their files on an ongoing monthly basis including:
