Steven R. Hinkle >> (56) Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Hinkle is a financial industry veteran having spent over 30 years in the securities industry where he has held many different senior level positions. Mr. Hinkle previously served as a Managing Director of Dynasty Capital Partners and has also served in the capacity of CEO, President, COO, and Chairman of the Board with three different securities firms as well has been a member of the board of directors of numerous public and private companies. He is a graduate of the University of Colorado and has a Masters Degree in Administration from the University of Denver.
Steven Caruso >> (40) President
Mr. Caruso is a financial industry veteran having spent over 19 years in the securities industry where he has held Managing Director, Partner, and Senior Vice President positions. Mr. Caruso is currently the President of ImageDoc USA responsible for all daily sales, marketing and business development activities. Before joining ImageDoc, Mr. Caruso was the Managing Director and co-founder of Dynasty Advisors LLC, where he led all sales and marketing activities. Mr. Caruso started his career as a successful broker. Throughout his career, he has been instrumental in the funding, development, and growth of many startup and growth companies. In addition, he has built, launched, and managed many different organizational sales and marketing teams. Steve lives in Morganville, New Jersey with Kimberly, his wife of 18 years and two sons Christian, 14 and Kyle, 11.
Frank Musacchia >> (49) Executive VP of Channel Sales
Mr. Musacchia is a high-tech industry veteran with over 25 years in technology sales, management, and operations. Before ImageDoc, Mr. Musacchia was a Senior Director for VMware's sales organization in the Americas, where he led a team of approximately 250 sales engineers, which focused on technical pre-sales and channel enablement for all market segments and verticals in the Americas. Prior to joining VMware, he served as Vice President and General Manager at Callisma and International Network Services, and had held various positions for Wall Street firms where he was responsible for architecting, designing, implementing, and operating enterprise-wide, mission-critical data and voice networks. Mr. Musacchia holds a Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering from Pratt Institute.

Larry Lindstrom >> (50) Chief Technology Officer
Mr. Lindstrom is co-founder of ImageDoc USA and currently provides problem analysis, research, and resolution of technical support problems. He supervises the indexing and transfer of digitally-converted files to the customer. He has over 22 years experience in the design, development, documentation, implementation, and training of computer software applications. He is a graduate of Kansas State University and the DeVry Institute of Technology in Chicago with degrees in Management and Computer Information Systems.

David Hill >> (54) Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Hill has over 25 years experience in corporate finance and public accounting. Until his early retirement, he was a Certified Public Accountant with McGladrey and Pullen. He joined ImageDoc in 2000. He is a graduate of the University of Wyoming with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting

Travis Taylor >> (30) Director of Operations
Mr. Taylor is a graduate of Denver University and has over 8 years experience in sales, marketing, and customer relations. He plans and directs all aspects of daily operations at ImageDoc's 30,000 square-foot facility in Denver. His responsibilities include overseeing and supervising the intake and outtake of all documents, on-site storage of documents prior to and after processing, and the supervision of document preparation and scanning.
